2026 Graduate Intake
The NEXT graduate intake provides young professionals, seeking their first permanent job, with growth opportunities to flourish in the corporate sector.
The top applicants will have the opportunity to experience the authentic TecEx culture at our head office. Candidates will gain incredible insight into the business through interactions with our CEO and employees. During this time, each applicant will complete final interviews with role-specific managers so we can place you in the best position.

3. First interview
Should you move to the next round, candidates will be invited for an interview with the NEXT recruitment team.
4. NEXT Event
The final top candidates will be invited to attend the NEXT programme event held at TecEx’s offices, where final interviews will occur together with other group activities.
